Time For Me
Is having a baby different to how you imagined?
Are the baby blues lasting a long time?
Do you feel anxious or low and don't know who to talk to?
Feeling like this is more common than you think.
Could you do with some adult company with people who understand and are non-judgemental?
Time for Me is a small group that nurtures mums and helps them understand they are not alone.
It is a weekly drop-in with tea and biscuits, support and laughter. As well as talking about the tough times we have fun and learn ways to relax.
Baby topics will crop up but also the importance of looking after you and your needs.
Every Wednesday 1.30 - 3 pm
